All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

2. Consultations

All treatments require an initial consultation. During this consultation, our practitioners will assess your suitability for the requested treatment and discuss expected outcomes, potential risks, and aftercare requirements.

3. Payments

Payment is required at the time of treatment. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Urban Skin Clinic carries full professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided. We are not liable for any adverse reactions that were discussed during the consultation and for which consent was given.
